Accessing TCSI Analytics

To access TCSI Analytics, please click on the TCSI Access button in the banner of this website.

Providers will need to make sure their staff and organisation are set up in PRODA to access this TCSI Service. This must include the "TCSI Analytics - Read" attribute for staff members requiring access to view reports. A step-by-step guide for setting up your access is available at the Access (PRODA) page.

How often are TCSI Analytics reports refreshed?

TSCI Analytics reports begin refreshing at 3 am [AEST ] every night. Please ensure your submission has time to complete before 3am if you would like updates to show in your reports the next day.

Scheduled validations are currently checked from 11 pm [AEST] each night to ensure messages are added and removed as necessary before the TCSI Analytics reports refresh from 3am. Changes made after 11pm may not be reflected in the ‘Provider notifications’ report in TCSI Analytics the following day.

Reports currently available in TCSI Analytics

This section lists the reports that are available in the first release of TCSI Analytics. This will be updated as additional reports are included on the site.

Please note: Providers are not able to view staff data via the TCSI Analytics reports. To view staff data that have been reported to TCSI please submit a data extract request.

Higher Education and PIR Data Verification

Verification is part of the reporting requirements and is a declaration that the data reported is complete, accurate and finalised. The department uses the verified data to publish information on each organisation and may affect provider financials. The verification process gives providers a final opportunity to check data carefully, as changes cannot be made to datasets after verification.

The verification guide and sections below provide details on data verification for each collection and list the verification reports and coding notes.
