Production environment |

The next production release will occur on Friday 13 February 2026 and will continue fortnightly thereafter. The regular releases require an outage to TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs from 8.00am to 10.00am [AEDT]. Release notes will be available following a major production release. |
Test environment |

The TCSI test environment was refreshed on 27 January 2026. The refresh was required as an extension to the regular outage that was run from 8 am [AEDT] to 1 pm [AEDT] on Tuesday, 27 January 2026. Please see TCSI January Newsletter 2026 for more information. The issue preventing providers from reporting SA-HELP loan record for 2026 has now been resolved. Regular deployments to the test environment are scheduled for 8.00 am – 9.30 am [AEDT] fortnightly on a Tuesday. Providers and TCSI developers can now apply to the test environment by completing the TCSI test account request. Delays may be experienced when assigning CHESSNs and verifying mock TFNs. |
