Webservice Alert
Operating

Universities should no longer encounter real time validations 10444 and 10445 for students in a Commonwealth support place with a census date in 2026.

Approved providers can now report OS-HELP loans with an E521: OS–HELP study period commencement date in 2026.

PRODA
Operating Please review the expiry dates of your B2B devices and renew the activation periods to ensure PRODA access will continue without disruption. Further information can be found in our PRODA guide.
B2G APIs
Operating API system codes follow the National API Standards. TCSI Validation codes are TCSI specific and can be found on the TCSI Validations page.
TCSI Data Entry
Operating The “Unauthorised” error some providers were experiencing when attempting to login to the TCSI Data Entry portal on 16 January 2026 has now been resolved.
TCSI Analytics
Operating Please refer to the Accessing data in TCSI news article if you require production data from TCSI, that are not available from TCSI Analytics. The article also providers information on the phase out of the Data extract request form.
Production environment
Operating

The next production release will occur on Friday 13 February 2026 and will continue fortnightly thereafter. The regular releases require an outage to TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs from 8.00am to 10.00am [AEDT].

Release notes will be available following a major production release.

Test environment
Operating

The TCSI test environment was refreshed on 27 January 2026. The refresh was required as an extension to the regular outage that was run from 8 am [AEDT] to 1 pm [AEDT] on Tuesday, 27 January 2026. Please see TCSI January Newsletter 2026  for more information.

The issue preventing providers from reporting SA-HELP loan record for 2026 has now been resolved.

Regular deployments to the test environment are scheduled for 8.00 am – 9.30 am [AEDT] fortnightly on a Tuesday.

Providers and TCSI developers can now apply to the test environment by completing the TCSI test account request.

Delays may be experienced when assigning CHESSNs and verifying mock TFNs.
