If you continue to experience error messages when logging into the portal, refer to the Accessing TCSI Services (PRODA) guide and replicate the screenshots from the "Access has been lost by a staff member" troubleshooting step. Please send those screenshots to TCSIsupport@education.gov.au with a screenshot of the error message returned by the TCSI Data Entry portal. |

Please refer to the Accessing data in TCSI news article if you require production data from TCSI, that are not available from TCSI Analytics. The production release on Friday 24 April 2026 has been cancelled, and there will be no outage required to TCSI Data Entry or B2G APIs. The next production release will occur on Friday 8 May 2026 and will continue fortnightly thereafter. The regular releases require an outage to TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs from 8.00am to 10.00am [AEST]. Release notes will be available following a major production release. |
Test environment |

Providers experienced a "Service Unavailable" error when using the TCSI test environment from 8:00AM, 20 April 2026. The issue was resolved as of 12:00PM 28 April 2026. Regular deployments to the test environment are scheduled for 8.00 am – 9.30 am [AEST] fortnightly on a Tuesday. Providers and TCSI developers can now apply to the test environment by completing the TCSI test account request. Delays may be experienced when assigning CHESSNs and verifying mock TFNs. |
