TCSI Loan Monitoring: Student Tax File Number (TFN) missing Live Data Report
How to read this report
The report shows higher education (HE) relevant students’ identifiers where a TFN is missing. By default, the report shows students delayed loans incurred prior to 1 July 2022 due to a missing TFN. Providers need to report the correct TFN in TCSI for these students with a HELP debt as a matter of priority.
The following table identifies the components that are used to construct the report:
|UID8 - StudentsResKey||Uses the system generated UID8 value.|
|E313 – Student ID||Uses the reported E313: Student identification code value.|
|E488 - CHESSN||Uses the reported E488: Commonwealth Higher Education Student Support Number (CHESSN) value.|
|E584 – USI||Uses the reported E584: Unique Student Identifier value.|
|Delayed Loans||Count of Delayed Loans – Uses the system generated UID21 value|
