Description
The Citizen Resident Code (E358) is not a valid code.
Error Logic
If the Citizen Resident Code (E358) is not blank (null), then the Citizen Resident Code (E358) must match to a current value in the RefCitizenshipStatus table on the Citizenship Effective From Date (E609).
