Allowable Values

Credit used refers to credit/RPL allocated or applied to record units as completed against the course’s total requirements or to reduce the overall requirements for completing the course.
A separate code is to be reported for each crediting/RPL incident, each with a linked value indicating the basis for the credit (E561) and the source Provider (E566). Values for E560 must not be aggregated unless the credit has the same E561 and E566 and has not been previously reported.

Summary
Element 560 was included in the Higher Education Student data collection under the new policy and program initiatives introduced under the Opens in a new window: Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA) which was implemented in 2005. The element was included in the VET FEE‑HELP data collection in 2009. There have been modifications to coding notes for clarification since.
