Error Logic
If the Function Code (E412) is '1' or '3', then the Staff Work Level Code (E408) must not be in the range '200' to '220'.
Error Resolution
Please check the Function Code (E412) and the Staff Work Level Code (E408). Non-academic staff (E408 = '200' to '220') cannot be classified as having teaching functions (E412 = '1' or '3').
