Description
Sum of HELP Loan Amounts (E558) is greater than the half the HELP Limit for the Course (UID5).
Error Logic
If the Student status code (E490) is 401 to 410: VFH/VSL loan codes, then the HELP loan amount (E558) must be less than or equal to half of the HELP limit applicable to the Course (UID5) on the unit of study census date (E489).
