Final dates for onboarding to TCSI are:
After these dates, you will not be able to use HEPCAT to report your student data. Please ensure you are ready to start using TCSI to meet your data reporting requirements. |
To support your transition to TCSI, we have provided a large number of resources and webinars on our Help & support page. This includes the steps you need to take to go live in TCSI. You can also reach out to us if you have any questions or need help.
Please keep us informed of any updates to your onboarding plans to ensure a smooth transition for your organisation.
TCSI Data Declaration form
The Data Declaration form has now been sent to all Vice Chancellors and CEOs. This form must be completed before you can start the TCSI onboarding process.
The final date to complete this form and return it to TCSI Support is:
- Tuesday 30 March 2021 for higher education providers
- Thursday 1 April 2021 for VSL providers.
For VSL providers
Please ensure you:
- complete your final reporting with HEPCAT by 7 April
- are ready to use TCSI for your next reporting period (7 May).
