Description
Attempt to use the same Unique Student Identifier (E584) for more than one Student record (UID8)
Error Logic
If the Unique Student Identifier (E584) is not blank (null) for a Student record (UID8) at a given Provider Code (E306), then it must not match to a Unique Student Identifier (E584) on another Student record (UID8) at the same Provider (E306).
Error Resolution
Please check the Student record (UID8) and the Unique Student Identifier (E584) being reported. A given Unique Student Identifier (E584) can only be reported for one Student record (UID8) at a given Provider (E306).
