Description
Master and concording CHESSN (E488) do not match.
Error Logic
If the master CHESSN (E448) is not null and the concording CHESSN (E448) is not null and the master CHESSN (E448) does not match the concording CHESSN (E448), then send the error message.
Error Resolution
Please check the CHESSN (E488) for both the master and concording students. When both students have CHESSN (E488) populated, concordance is not possible until the CHESSN (E488) values match or the incorrect CHESSN (E488) is removed from either master or concording student.
