If the Delivery Location Resource Key (UID2) is not blank (null), then for that Delivery Location Resource Key (UID2), the Delivery Location Street Address (E627) must not be blank (null).
Error Resolution
Please check the Delivery Location Street Address (E627) on the Delivery Location record (UID2) that is linked to the Unit Enrolment record. The Delivery Location Street Address (E627) must be reported for the Delivery Location before it can be linked to a Unit Enrolment record.
