Description
The Student Identification Code (E313) already exists for a student at the Provider (E306).
Error Logic
There must only be one active instance of the Student Identification Code (E313) for the Provider (E306) across the database.
Error Resolution
Please check the Student Identification Code (E313) being submitted. Each student at the provider must have their own unique Student Identification Code (E313).
