Webservice Alert
Operating

Verification of Unique Student Identifiers (USI) was re-triggered on Tuesday 6 February 2024 for all students with an unverified USI in TCSI (where the student has active unit enrolments on or after 1 January 2021). A small number of student records contained within the recent USI bulk verification were impacted by Outstanding issue is production 165485 and were only re-triggered for one day. IT is currently investigating as a priority. 

PRODA
Operating

B2G APIs
Operating

The TCSI production environment experienced an unplanned outage during the morning of Tuesday 13 February 2024. This issue was resolved by the afternoon on the same day.

API system codes follow the National API Standards. TCSI Validation codes are TCSI specific and can be found on the TCSI Validations page.

TCSI Data Entry
Operating

The TCSI production environment experienced an unplanned outage during the morning of Tuesday 13 February 2024. This issue was resolved by the afternoon on the same day.

The issue impacting file uploads from Friday 10 November 2023 to Monday 13 November 2023 has now been resolved. Please re-attempt submission of files that are stuck with 'Processing' status, for more than an hour, or have returned a 'System failure'. Universities preparing files to upload applications and offers data are requested to restrict their file size to 5,000 rows as a temporary measure to reduce the risk of outages.

TCSI Analytics
Operating

TCSI Analytics reports had failed to refresh overnight from 26 January to 29 January 2024. Reports have been refreshed and are up-to-date as of 30 January 2024. 

If you require production data from TCSI, that are not available from TCSI Analytics, please submit a data extract request.

Production environment
Operating

The TCSI production environment experienced an unplanned outage during the morning of Tuesday 13 February 2024. This issue was resolved by the afternoon on the same day.

The regular production release will next occur on 2 February 2024 and will occur fortnightly thereafter. The releases require an outage to TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs from 8.00am to 10.00am [AEDT].

Release notes will be available following a major production release.

Test environment
Operating

Providers and TCSI developers can now apply to the test environment by completing the TCSI test account request.

From 16 January 2024, regular deployments to the test environment are scheduled for 8.00 am – 9.30 am [AEDT] on Tuesdays.

Delays may be experienced when assigning CHESSNs and verifying mock TFNs.
