Webservice Alert
Operating Verification of Unique Student Identifiers (USI) was re-triggered on Wednesday 18 September 2024 for all students with an unverified USI in TCSI (where the student has active unit enrolments on or after 1 January 2021).

TCSI Support will continue to monitor all in-scope students to ensure they were captured in the bulk re-triggering of USI verification.
PRODA
Operating Please review the expiry dates of your B2B devices and renew the activation periods to ensure PRODA access will continue without disruption. Further information can be found in our PRODA guide.
B2G APIs
Operating API system codes follow the National API Standards. TCSI Validation codes are TCSI specific and can be found on the TCSI Validations page.

The grouping by funding clusters in the CGS Clusters by Course Level report for 2024 data is encountering a display issue since 13 August 2024. This issue has been forwarded to our IT team for investigation as a matter of priority.

If you require production data from TCSI, that are not available from TCSI Analytics, please submit a data extract request.

Production environment
Operating

The latest production release occurred on 27 September 2024. Production releases will continue to occur fortnightly thereafter. The releases require an outage to TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs from 8.00am to 10.00am [AEST].

Release notes will be available following a major production release.

Test environment
Operating

Providers and TCSI developers can now apply to the test environment by completing the TCSI test account request.

From 28 May 2024, regular deployments to the test environment are scheduled for 8.00 am – 9.30 am [AEST] on Tuesdays.
 
Delays may be experienced when assigning CHESSNs and verifying mock TFNs.
