Processing of the 20% reduction on HELP and other student loans by the Australian Taxation Office resumed on 8 December 2025, following a short pause. Loan reversals and remissions have now been processed to the ATO. The issue impacting some provider from reporting Higher Education Course on Campus data due to errors 00017SYS, 503, or RTV 10024 has been resolved. The next production release will occur on Friday 19 December 2025 and will continue fortnightly thereafter. The regular releases require an outage to TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs from 8.00am to 10.00am [AEDT]. Release notes will be available following a major production release. |

The issue impacting some provider from reporting Higher Education Course on Campus data due to errors 00017SYS, 503, or RTV 10024 has been resolved. Regular deployments to the test environment are scheduled for 8.00 am – 9.30 am [AEDT] fortnightly on a Tuesday. Providers and TCSI developers can now apply to the test environment by completing the TCSI test account request. Delays may be experienced when assigning CHESSNs and verifying mock TFNs. |
