Users may experience intermittent outages when using TCSI Analytics on Thursday 5 March 2026 between 10:00AM – 12:00PM [AEDT] while backend updates are being made. TCSI Analytics will be unavailable on Thursday 5 March 2026 from 5:00PM – 7:30PM [AEDT] while updates are being released for the TCSI Analytics Portal uplift. Please see the February 2026 Newsletter for further detail. TCSI Analytic reports and dashboards experienced an outage from 9.00am to 4:30pm [AEDT] Monday, 2 March 2026. |
Production environment |

The production release on Friday 27 February 2026 required an extended outage to TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs. The outage lasted from 8:00AM to 4:45 PM [AEDT]. Access to all systems is now restored. This extended window allowed connection to be established for re-built address checking validations. Check the February 2026 webinar for more details. The next production release will occur on Friday 13 March 2026 and will continue fortnightly thereafter. The regular releases require an outage to TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs from 8.00am to 10.00am [AEDT]. Release notes will be available following a major production release. |

Regular deployments to the test environment are scheduled for 8.00 am – 9.30 am [AEDT] fortnightly on a Tuesday. Providers and TCSI developers can now apply to the test environment by completing the TCSI test account request. Delays may be experienced when assigning CHESSNs and verifying mock TFNs. |
