OS-HELP and SA-HELP packets were offline for urgent maintenance on 9 January 2025 from 6.00am to 10.00am [AEDT]. Providers that received 500 and 503 errors during this time are advised to re-report failed OS-HELP and SA-HELP records now that the outage is resolved. The issue impacting some provider from reporting Higher Education Course on Campus data due to errors 00017SYS, 503, or RTV 10024 has been resolved. The next production release will occur on Friday 30 January 2026 and will continue fortnightly thereafter. The regular releases require an outage to TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs from 8.00am to 10.00am [AEDT]. Release notes will be available following a major production release. |

Providers are currently unable to report SA-HELP loan record for 2026. The issue has been raised for investigation and resolution as a priority. Regular deployments to the test environment are scheduled for 8.00 am – 9.30 am [AEDT] fortnightly on a Tuesday. Providers and TCSI developers can now apply to the test environment by completing the TCSI test account request. Delays may be experienced when assigning CHESSNs and verifying mock TFNs. |
