Providers performing GET calls on notifications after 24 July 2026 may return some TFN notifications that have already been resolved. The issue is being investigated as a high priority. More information can be found on Outstanding Issue in Production #902551.

API system codes follow the National API Standards. TCSI Validation codes are TCSI specific and can be found on the TCSI Validations page.

TCSI Data Entry

TCSI Analytics

TCSI Analytics was returning an error message when users attempted to open a report. This issue was reported from 8.00am to 12.30pm (AEST) on 10 August 2026 and has been resolved.

Some notifications in the Provider Notification Report have remained in the report after being resolved by providers since 24 July 2026. The issue is being investigated as a high priority to ensure resolved notification are not included in the report. More information can be found on Outstanding Issue in Production #902551.

Please refer to the TCSI - Bulk Data Retrieval if you require production data from TCSI, that are not available from TCSI Analytics.

Production environment
Operating

The next production release will occur on Friday 5 June 2026 and will continue fortnightly thereafter. The regular releases require an outage to TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs from 8.00am to 10.00am [AEST].

Release notes will be available following a major production release.

Test environment
Operating

Regular deployments to the test environment are scheduled for 8.00 am – 9.30 am [AEST] fortnightly on a Tuesday.

Providers and TCSI developers can apply to the test environment by completing the TCSI test account request.

The test environment may take longer than expected to assign CHESSNs and verifying mock TFNs.
