To facilitate the 20% student loan reduction, the short pause on loan transfers to the ATO due to end on 5 December 2025 will be extended until early next week. We will inform providers when the loan transfers will recommence. This will impact all new loans, loan reversals, and other loan transactions to the ATO. For more information, please see the relevant news centre article. Higher Education Course on Campus reporting has been unavailable for some providers experiencing 00017SYS, 503, or RTV 10024 errors. TCSI Support is investigating the issue. The TCSI production environment experienced difficulties returning online after the scheduled fortnightly outage to the TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs from 8.00am to 10.00am [AEDT] Friday 5 December. Our team have investigated the issue and the issue should now be resolved. Please contact TCSIsupport@education.gov.au if you continue to experience the issue. The next production release will occur on Friday 19 December 2025 and will continue fortnightly thereafter. The regular releases require an outage to TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs from 8.00am to 10.00am [AEDT]. Release notes will be available following a major production release. |

Higher Education Course on Campus reporting has been unavailable for some providers experiencing 00017SYS, 503, or RTV 10024 errors. TCSI Support is investigating the issue. Regular deployments to the test environment are scheduled for 8.00 am – 9.30 am [AEDT] fortnightly on a Tuesday. Providers and TCSI developers can now apply to the test environment by completing the TCSI test account request. Delays may be experienced when assigning CHESSNs and verifying mock TFNs. |
