TCSI Production outage

Please be advised that the TCSI system will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance in the production environment during the following period:

Start: 6:00 PM [AEST], Tuesday 2 September 2025
End: 6:00 PM [AEST], Friday 5 September 2025

During this time, the following services will be unavailable in production:

• TCSI Data Entry portal
• TCSI APIs (for providers using compatible student management software)
• TCSI Analytics portal
• myHELPbalance

We recommend planning ahead to avoid disruption to your activities.

Track Progress and System Status

Updates during the outage and links to this notice will be posted to the TCSI Tracker on the TCSI Support website.

Providers can ask questions and seek support via:

• the TCSI Drop-in Session on Wednesday, 13 August at 2:00 PM [AEST],
• the TCSI August provider webinar Wednesday, 27 August at 2:00 PM [AEST], or
• email to TCSISupport@education.gov.au.
