The Commonwealth scholarship packet is used to report Indigenous Student Success Program (ISSP) scholarships that are offered and awarded to students.
Scope
Providers are required to report a Commonwealth scholarship packet for each student who is offered an ISSP scholarship. Providers are also required to report a Commonwealth scholarship packet for each student who received an ISSP scholarship for each six-month period (E415/E666) in which they received the scholarship.

A provider can update or correct any data already in a Commonwealth scholarship packet after the initial packet is reported as per the following table.
