| Information to assist providers to investigate and resolve TCSI Address Validations. |
In July 2026, TCSI was updated to check addresses reported against the latest Geocoded National Address File (G-NAF) data. Investigations are continuing for non-standard address issues as part of Outstanding Issue in Production #864475. The investigations have revealed some helpful findings that may assist providers to resolve outstanding Scheduled Validations.
The findings are presented on the Interim guidance for TCSI address validations webpage. The information contained within the page is intended as general guidance only and may not cover every address validation scenario.
If your provider has identified additional scenarios, solutions, or reporting issues not covered on the Interim guidance for TCSI address validations webpage, please submit the details to TCSISupport@education.gov.au for further consideration.
