Validation error 10870
HELP balance not available for a Unique Student Identifier (E584) request unless USI is verified.
Description
The Unique Student Identifier (E584) is not a verified USI.
Error Logic
If a provider or eCAF requests a HELP balance using a Unique Student Identifier (E584) as the input parameter and if USI status is not verified, then send the error message.
Error Resolution
Please check the Unique Student Identifier (E584). If a verified Unique Student Identifier (E584) is not available for the student, then another identifier such as a CHESSN (E488) or a Student Resource Key (UID8) will be needed to obtain the HELP balances for the student.
