Deletion of Student Citizenships Resource Key (UID10) not permitted
Description
Attempted deletion of a Student Citizenship record (UID10) that is not the last record in the time series of records for the Student (UID8).
Error Logic
If the Student Citizenships Resource Key (UID10) record is to be deleted, then it must be the last Student Citizenships Resource Key (UID10) in the time series of citizenships for the linked Student (UID8).
Error Resolution
Please check the Student Citizenship records (UID10) that have been reported for the Student (UID8). To maintain continuity of citizenship data, only the last Student Citizenship record (UID10) in the time series for the student can be deleted.
