Description
Attempt to report the same combination of Preference Ordinal Position (E713)/Intake Year (E709) for a single Course Application record (UID23).
Error Logic
If the Preference Ordinal Position (E713) is in the range '01' to '98', then the linked Course Application record (UID23) must not be linked to more than one active Course Preferences record with the same combination of Preference Ordinal Position (E713)/Intake Year (E709).
Error Resolution
Please check the Preference Ordinal Position (E713), Intake Year (E709) and the Course Application record (UID23). Each Course Preferences record that is linked to a single Course Application record (UID23) must have a unique combination of Intake Year (E709)/Preference Ordinal Position (E713), except where applicants are not required to express a preference order (E713 is '00').
