Deletion of Loan record (UID21) not permitted
Description
Attempt to delete a HECS-HELP, FEE-HELP, VET FEE-HELP or VSL loan.
Error Logic
If the Student Status Code (E490) is not '240', '241' '242', '280', '281', then the loan must not be deleted
Error Resolution
Please check the Student Loan record (UID21) being deleted. A provider cannot directly delete a HECS-HELP, FEE-HELP, VET FEE-HELP or VSL loan. These loan types can only be deleted by modifying or deleting the Unit Enrolment record (UID16) linked to the loan.
