Invalid Provider Code (E306)
Description
The provider is not able to create a Course Application record.
Error Logic
The reporting entity must be a "Table A" or "Table B" on the RefHepType table or have a Provider Type (E781) of 'TAC' on the ProviderTypes table for a Course Application record to be created.
Error Resolution
Only Table A and B providers Tertiary Admissions Centres are able to report Course Application records.
