Error Logic
If the Commonwealth Scholarship Status Code (E526) is '7', then the Commonwealth Scholarship Amount (E598) must be blank (null).
Error Resolution
Please check the Commonwealth Scholarship Status Code (E526) and the Commonwealth Scholarship Amount (E598). A Commonwealth Scholarship Amount (E598) can only be reported if the Commonwealth Scholarship Status Code (E526) is active ('1'), deferred ('2') or terminated ('3'). A Commonwealth Scholarship Amount (E598) should not be reported if the Commonwealth Scholarship Status Code (E526) is offered ('7').
