Description
The Special Course Type (E312) is not a valid code.
Error Logic
If the Special Course Type (E312) is not blank (null), then the Special Course Type (E312) must match to a current value in the RefSpecialInterestCourseType table on the Special Interest Course Effective From Date (E609).
