TCSI Update - Unplanned Outage for TCSI production environment

The production environment is currently experiencing an unplanned outage. The outage began at 10am on Friday 25 November 2022 and is impacting TCSI Data Entry and B2G APIs. We are treating this as a high priority issue and will update the TCSI tracker when the outage has been resolved.

TCSI Analytics is not impacted by the outage and remains available for providers to view their data and undertake higher education staff verification.
