TCSI Production outage - resolved

Please be advised that the TCSI system has been restored earlier than previously advised, following the scheduled maintenance in the production environment:

Outage started: 9:00 PM [AEST], Tuesday 2 September 2025
Outage ended: 4:00 PM [AEST], Friday 5 September 2025

The following services are now available in production:

  • TCSI Data Entry portal
  • TCSI APIs (for providers using compatible student management software)
  • TCSI Analytics portal
  • myHELPbalance
