TCSI Analytics unplanned outage

Please be advised that TCSI Analytic reports and dashboards experienced an outage from 9.00am to 4:30pm [AEDT] Monday, 2 March 2026.

During the outage users may have noticed extended loading times or the error 'unable to load model due to reaching capacity limits'.

Track Progress and System Status

Updates during the outage were posted to the TCSI Tracker on the TCSI Support website.

TCSI Support will monitor the overnight refresh and post any further information to the tracker.
