2025 TEQSA (PIR) Student Data Verification

Please be advised that the 2025 TEQSA (PIR) Student Data Verification collection has been activated in TCSI Analytics and must be completed by Friday 28 August 2026.

All TEQSA PIR providers are now required to submit, verify and sign off on your 2025 student data in TCSI by the due date.

This data submission and verification are part of a provider’s reporting requirements under the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011 (TEQSA Act) and form part of the TEQSA provider information request (PIR).

The verification process provides a final opportunity to carefully check your student data, as changes cannot be made to the 2025 student dataset after the collection is finalised. It serves as a declaration that your student data reported for 2025 is accurate.

Importantly, late reporting may result in a breach of the TEQSA Act, with associated penalties. It may also adversely impact the up-front payments tuition protection levy’s risk factor results and the levy amount payable.
