Former permanent humanitarian holders
Where a permanent humanitarian visa holder leaves Australia and returns as a permanent resident, the student will be considered a former permanent humanitarian holder.
Students that meet all the requirements to be eligible for HECS-HELP as a former permanent humanitarian holders should be reported in TCSI with a Citizen resident code (E358) that supports their student status.
