Summary
Actual full-time equivalence – prior year was included as part of the Higher Education Staff data collection in 1988 as element 414.The element number changed to 514 to support the alignment with data elements in the student collection when HEPCAT was introduced in 2009.

Pre‑HESA: Element 414 was created and first used in Higher Education Staff data collection in 1988. It was changed to E514 in 2009 to be consistent with the numbering of elements in all other collections. |
