Description
Attempted deletion of the first Course Fields of Education Resource Key (UID48) in the time series of records for the Course (UID5).
Error Logic
If the Course Fields of Education Resource Key (UID48) record is to be deleted, then it must not be the first Course Fields of Education Resource Key (UID48) in the time series of fields of education for the linked Course (UID5).
Error Resolution
Please check the Course Fields of Education record (UID48) that have been reported for the Course (UID5). Each Course (UID5) must have at least one Course Fields of Education record (UID48).
