Error Logic
If it is an OS-HELP Loan record (UID21), then the Course Outcome Code (E599) on the linked Course Admission (UID15) record must be null (blank).
Error Resolution
Please check the Course Outcome Code (E599) on the linked Course Admission (UID15). To report an OS-HELP Loan record (UID21), the Course Outcome (E599) on the linked Course Admission (UID15) must be blank.
