Description
The provider is not eligible to create a Scholarship record.
Error Logic
The Higher Education Provider Code (E306) must be a "Table A" or "Table B" in the RefHepType table for a Scholarship record to be created for the student.
Error Resolution
Please check the kind of scholarship that is being reported. Only scholarships under the Research Training Program are to be reported as a Scholarship record in this database. Only providers that are listed under HESA as Table A or Table B providers are eligible to provide these scholarships.
