HEIMS does not currently store the reported E394 for courses of study with E533 = "000000000". So in HEIMS, all the courses under a non-award course of study are actually stored under a single Course of study. You can see what this looks like now in HEIMS Data view (HEIMS Online).
The Courses of study listed in your table will be migrated into the TCSI database as those three Course of study records. The courses will be linked as they are in HEIMS:
