Logic
If the first loan status (A130) for an OS-HELP loan is set to a status of 'REJECTED', then send a notification to the provider that supplied the OS-HELP loan record.
Message
An OS-HELP loan has a loan status of 'rejected' indicating that student has exceeded their lifetime limit for access to OS-HELP. Please check the student's existing OS-HELP loans to determine whether further action may be needed in relation to this loan.
