Unplanned outage - TCSI Data Entry and TCSI Analytics

An unplanned outage has been reported in the TCSI Data Entry and TCSI Analytics environments from today 17 November 2021 from around 7.20am (AEDT).

The issue appears to be a global outage in a Microsoft product used in the TCSI Access authentication process. Further status updates are available at https://status.azure.com/en-gb/status under the "Azure Active Directory" service heading.

The TCSI Tracker has been updated with the information above.

We will send another message and update the tracker when the outage is resolved.

TCSI B2G APIs in test and production should not be impacted by the outage.
