TCSI APIs and TCSI Data Entry outage

The planned fortnightly outage will not be resolved within the regular 8.00 am to 10.00 am (AEST) window. The extended outage is expected to be resolved before 1.00pm (AEST) today, Friday 5 August 2022.

The outage will impact all users of TCSI Data Entry portal, myHELPbalance and the B2G API solution. TCSI Analytics is not impacted.
