TCSI update - TCSI Data Extract service currently unavailable

TCSI Data Extracts are currently unavailable due to a technical issue.

This issue will mainly impact any provider that has requested a data extract since 2.30pm [AEDT] Friday, 11 February 2022. We are currently working to restore this service as a high priority and will provide further advice once this service is back online.

The technical issue impacting the TCSI Data Extracts service has been resolved and data extracts are available again. You can request a data extract here.

If you have requested a data extract since 2.30pm [AEDT] Friday, 11 February 2022, and you believe it has not yet been processed, please get in touch with the TCSI Support team at TCSIsupport@dese.gov.au.
