TCSI Update - TCSI Analytics outage now resolved

TCSI Analytics experienced an unplanned outage affecting all reports at 4:30pm Tuesday 30 August 2022. The issue has been resolved since 2:45pm [AEST] on Wednesday 31 August 2022.

Higher Education providers

As this outage did not interrupt the verification and live data report refresh process, the formal due date of the 2021 Higher Education Student Data Verification process remains at 3 September 2022.

However, providers may apply for an extension on a case by case basis, by sending a request to TCSISupport@dese.gov.au. The extension request will need to contain the following information to be considered:

• Details of what was unforeseeable in preventing verification (list issues)
• Date that you can commit to signing off verification collections
