TCSI planned outage rescheduled

We have heard your feedback about the weekly TCSI production release. As a result production releases will move from a Wednesday to a Friday each week. The last Wednesday release will occur on Wednesday 15 September 2022 8:00am – 10:00am. Friday releases will commence from Friday 24 September 2021 and the outage window of 8:00am – 10:00am will remain.

This change was requested by a number of education providers and software vendors. The potential change was opened for input from attendees in the August TCSI webinar. The most popular day for weekly releases was Friday with around half of attendees indicating Friday releases would cause the least disruption to their systems and processes.

The regular test environment outages will continue to be on Tuesday mornings from 8.00am to 9.30am (AEST).

We know how valuable it is to have access to information about identified issues in Production. As a result, we will now be communicating any technical issues that are impacting, or have the ability to impact the Sector on the TCSI website.

Each week, we will provide a high-level view of the current issues impacting the Sector and their status of completion.
