TCSI November 2025 Provider webinar

The recorded webinar is now available at TCSI November 2025 Provider Webinar.

The webinar sought your feedback on proposed updates to 2026 reporting requirements by COB 27 November 2025. Detail is available in the slide deck. Feedback was received during the webinar regarding proposed changes to the additional information section for E599: Course Outcome Code. The revised working draft is included below, that is less prescriptive about the allowable values for certain “course” types.

Course outcome code is not required for:

• Non-award

• Cross-institutional

• STARTUP-HELP

• Microcredentials

• Enabling courses.

Providers can choose to report a course outcome code against these course of study types, however the outcome will not be reflected in completion reports.
