The TCSI test environment will be refreshed from 20 June to 24 June 2024 (inclusive)! |
The TCSI test environment was previously scheduled to be refreshed in April, however the decision was made to postpone the refresh to reduce the impact on providers during key reporting periods.
The refresh will remove all reported data including curriculum, student, staff, and applications and offers collections. This will help reduce the strain on the test environment, improve performance, remove unwanted data, and allow providers to perform testing without interference from previously reported data.
If you require an extract of your test data prior to the refresh, please complete a data extract request form.
Configurations for existing mock provider accounts will be retained after the refresh, including provider types, provider effective dates, and VET Student Loan approved course lists.
