Reporting 2019 higher education course completions

Following our advice last week that the transition period for on-boarding to TCSI would be extended, we are asking providers that report course completions on an academic year basis to submit their 2019 completions via HEPCAT in the same way they have done in previous years (i.e. please report all completions that occurred from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 in your 2019 course completions submission in HEPCAT).

This will ensure there is a consistent set of 2019 completions data available to support payments, publications and Higher Degree Research funding.

Reporting 2020 higher education student data

With the impact of COVID-19 on your business operations and the deferred production release of TCSI in May 2020, we have received a number of queries about how to report your first data submissions for 2020.
