Check out the new TCSI Tracker

The TCSI Tracker is now available on the homepage of the TCSI Support website. The tracker will give you visibility of planned maintenance and any unplanned outages. The tracker is split into status and notes for each of the production environments and the test environment.

Keep an eye on the TCSI Tracker to find out if an issue might be system related and to find out what's coming up.

The key notes from the tracker for next week are below:

TCSI Analytics reports for higher education

Four higher education reports have been temporarily removed from TCSI Analytics. The reports will updated to correct identified issues and will be available from 

5.00pm (AEDT) on Monday 8 February.

Impacted reports:

  • Course of Study Unit Records
  • Enrolment Live Data Report
  • Unit of Study Completions Live Data Report
  • EFTSL Live Data Report

Planned PRODA maintenance

The PRODA team will be undertaking planned maintenance from:

13 February at 20:00 (AEDT) to 14 February 04:00 (AEDT).

Other environments may be impacted during this window.
