2024 HEP Student Data Verification
As announced in the TCSI February Newsletter 2025, the 2024 HEP Student data collection is now open. All Higher Education providers approved under Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA) must complete this by Thursday 17 April 2025.
Verification is part of a provider's reporting requirements under HESA. It is a declaration that your student data reported for 2024 is accurate. The department uses the verified data to reconcile your funding and to publish information on your organisation, including data on course completions and success rates.
The verification process gives you a final opportunity to check your HEP student data carefully, as changes cannot be made to the 2024 student dataset after verification is finalised.
