Recent school leaver
Course admission packet
Students commencing study in 2017, would be recent school leavers if they left secondary school in 2016, 2015 or 2014. This timeframe is used because applicants who are offered a place on finishing Year 12, but defer their commencement for up to two years, are considered to be recent school leavers.

Students applying to study in 2016 would be recent school leavers if they left secondary school in 2016, 2015 or 2014.
