Ministerial Notice
Under Subsection 19-70(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA), higher education providers are required to provide statistical data to the Minister. In general, a Notice is released for each year indicating the data that must be reported and the timeframes for reporting.
Updates to Notices may be issued from time to time. Providers must check for any changes, which may be made to the reporting requirements. All changes to the reporting requirements for a specific year will be noted in the related Higher Education Data Requirements and Change Control document.
