Higher doctorate
A higher doctorate is a kind of doctoral degree, which is granted by an issuing organisation on the basis of an internationally recognised original contribution to knowledge rather than through the process of supervised independent study.
The award of a higher doctorate is reported through the combination of a Student packet and an Aggregated Awards packet. It is not possible to report a Course Admission or Unit Enrolment packets for higher doctorates.
