0 Offshore A student is an offshore student if they meet the following criteria:
  • The first character of E319 (Location code of semester/term residence) = "X"
  • the sum of E339 (Equivalent Full Time Student Load) for units of study where the first character E477 (Campus postcode) equal to "X" is greater than or equal to the sum of E339 (Equivalent Full Time Student Load) for units of study where the first character E477 (Campus postcode) not equal "X"
