Allowable Values
| CODE | MEANING |

| 2006 to 2099 | The year in which the course is being offered |
All courses to be offered in the reference year must be reported. For example, the campus file reported to the department in August 2005, has a reference year of 2006.
HEPs may include courses to be offered beyond the reference year. In these cases the year reported must be the year the course is first offered.
