Coding notes
For applications with an overseas address, full details for either E468 or E728 is required.
Element 468 (Postal address - country name) is an alternative field to Element 728 (Postal address - country code).
The code should reflect the applicant’s residential address (not postal address).

HEPs - data is required for one of these fields for all applications with an overseas address in the detailed submission.
